What Is The Size?
Our ready made hats are approximately 56-58cm.
Can I Request For A Custom Size?
Yes, you can! We take orders for other sizes as well upon request, but do keep in mind that other sizes won't have the same designs as the ones on our website. Interested on getting a custom hat? Reach out to us via Email or WhatsApp
What Is The Material Used?
We use either cotton, linen, canvas, satin, fur, denim, velvet, artificial leather, or lace.
Do You Ship To Other Countries?
At the moment, our website is open for orders from Malaysia and Singapore only. However, we do ship to other countries. Just reach out to us, and we'll be happy to provide shipping details and costs for your location!
How Long Does Delivery Take?
We will post your item(s) a day after payment is made. We can't confirm the exact date for your item(s) to reach your doorstep. Usually it will arrive within 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, and an extra day or two for East Malaysia. For overseas countries, it will take around 2 weeks, depending on the courier.
