How to Measure Your Head for the Perfect TopiTin Fit
Measuring your head correctly is essential for finding the perfect-fitting bucket hat. Follow these steps to get an accurate measurement:
Step 1: Gather Materials
- A flexible measuring tape (soft tailor’s tape is best)
- A mirror (optional, to ensure the tape is level)
- A piece of string and a ruler (if you don’t have a measuring tape)
Step 2: Position the Tape
- Stand in front of a mirror to help keep the tape level.
- Wrap the measuring tape around your head, positioning it just above your eyebrows and above your ears.
- Ensure the tape is level and snug, but not too tight.
Step 3: Take the Measurement
- Read the measurement where the tape meets itself.
- Record the number in centimeters (cm) or inches (in).
- If using a string, mark the length and measure it against a ruler.
Step 4: Check Hat Sizing

- Medium (M): 56–58 cm (22–22.8 inches)
- Large (L): 58–60 cm (22.8–23.6 inches)

Kids’ Bucket Hat Size Chart
- Extra Small (XS) 0-6 months : 40-44 cm (15.7-17.3 inches)
- Small (S) 6-12 months : 44-46 cm (17.3-18.1 inches)
- Medium (M) 1-2 years : 46-48 cm (18.1-18.9 inches)
- Large (L) 2-4 years : 48-50 cm (18.9-19.7 inches)
- Etra Large (XL) 4-6 years : 50-52 cm (19.7-20.5 inches)
